Where it all started
Jones Physical Therapy was founded by Jade Jones, PT, DPT, with the vision of giving back to the community where he grew up. With a comprehensive range of experience in physical therapy, Jade has worked extensively with local schools, colleges, and home health services, treating patients from athletes to seniors. Our goal is to provide personalized care that empowers each patient to regain their independence and live life to the fullest.
◉ MEET THE OWNER
JADE JONES, PT DPT IS THE OWNER AND LEAD PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Before founding JPT, Jade was part owner and lead therapist at an outpatient clinic in Ruston, Louisiana, where he built a foundation in both clinical excellence and practice ownership before returning home to Vancleave to build something of his own.
With over ten years of experience, Jade specializes in manual therapy techniques including dry needling, spinal manipulation, and soft tissue mobilization. He is passionate about non-invasive treatments and deeply committed to helping patients avoid unnecessary surgeries, medications, or injections. His approach to pain is shaped not only by clinical training but by his own journey through chronic pain, giving him a perspective and understanding that most clinicians never develop.
Outside the clinic, Jade enjoys spending time with his family, reading scripture, and heading to the beach whenever possible.

GARRIS JONES, PT, DPT, IS THE OWNER AND LEAD PEDIATRIC PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Garris is the owner and wife of JPT founder, Jade Jones. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Alabama and brings 10 years of experience as a pediatric physical therapist. Garris is excited to help launch and grow the pediatric program at JPT. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, exercising, and running 5K races.

SEAN HODGES, PT, DPT, IS A TREATING DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY & CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Sean is a Vancleave native, a proud graduate of William Carey University, and someone who was first introduced to physical therapy through his own sports injuries in college. That experience sparked a passion in him which has shaped an incredible career working with athletes, maturing adults, and truly any patient willing to tolerate his endless supply of dad jokes. Outside of the clinic, Sean loves spending time with his wife and children, and enjoys getting competitive on the disc golf course.
◉ PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
JENNA SWIFT, LPTA, IS A TREATING PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
Jenna is originally from Houston, TX, but proudly called the Mississippi Gulf Coast home for most of her life. Since 2020, she’s been making a difference as a Physical Therapist Assistant and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and passion for patient care.
Jenna is a Certified LSVT BIG Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a youth athlete rehabilitation specialist — all of which make her a perfect fit for the active, motivated patients we serve at JPT.
When she’s not helping patients move better, you can find her enjoying time with her boyfriend and their fur babies — Leia, Padme, Mia, Gaston, and Cali J — whether that’s out on the boat or with family. She’s also active in her Mardi Gras organization and frequently volunteers with non-profits like Make-A-Wish.

KAREN SENSENY, LPTA, IS A TREATING PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
Karen is a talented and experienced PTA who is joining us as a PRN team member. She brings a strong background in both outpatient and home health care, with years of hands-on experience and a passion for helping others to move and feel better. She's known for her hands-on, patient-first approach, and looking forward to having an encore career with JPT post partial retirement.

KELSEY GREGORY IS DEDICATED TO EFFICIENT CLINICAL OPERATIONS AND PATEINT OUTCOMES
Kelsey is a Vancleave native who brings a warm and supportive presence to Jones Physical Therapy. She lives locally with her husband, Chase, and their two children, Emma and Colson. Known for her genuine care and friendly personality, Kelsey combines her passion for helping others with strong organizational and communication skills. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach.

HALEY ROBERTS IS PASSIONATE IN HELPING PATIENTS WITH THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS
Haley is a Vancleave native dedicated to helping patients feel supported throughout their recovery at Jones Physical Therapy. She lives in Vancleave with her two children, Jaxson and Maverick. She is excited to combine her passion for helping others with her professional skills. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and making lasting memories together.
